I've begun to follow a beginner's training regimen, and I have a question about the "Power" phase (I'm currently in the base fitness phase):
My local climbing gym doesn't have a campus board (it's a climbing wall at a University rec center), however it does have a 52 foot wall and a small bouldering area, and I do also have the Rock Prodigy training system at home. I live in an apartment so I cannot realistically build a campus board there. What would you recommend for replacing the campus board workouts? More limit bouldering, max recruitment training on the hangboard?
A bit of background information on me: I'm 32 years old and I've been climibing about 2.5 years. I currently climb about 5.10+/5.11-, and I have never really trained before (just climbed a lot.)
