Hey guys
My gf and I are going to Kalymnos next April. Our first macro cycle will end at the beginning of March, so we will have five weeks between the end of our rest phase and our trip. Any suggestions on how we should plan our workouts for those weeks?
Thanks!!!

You could always change your cycle start date so that it would end with your Kalymnos trip instead of ending in March. I suppose it would depend on what your goals are for that training season and your goals for your Kalymnos trip.

I'm already on that macrocycle that will end in March though. I want to go through the performance phase while I'm at my home crag in Margalef so I scheduled the trip outside of the macrocycle on purpose, I'm wondering what would be the best use of training time between the end of the macrocycle and the trip. Thanks for the answer

Here's what I would do: After a week of rest, spend 1 week on BF, then go straight into a modified Power Phase, including mostly WBLs and some Hard Bouldering (no campusing or LB). Do that for a 1-2 weeks, and then go into Power Endurance. Assuming you will be mostly onsighting long pumpy routes at Kalymnos, use Route Intervals instead of LBCs, and try to get outside onsighting similar style routes if possible.

Oh I'm jealous that Margalef is your home crag!
