I know these aren't part of the RP program... but I'm experimenting with them. Any advice? I know you want to keep your scapula engaged, but how do you do that? Thanks everybody!

Take off a ton of weight. I started doing these because the regular hangs were hurting my shoulders/spine with the weight I was adding.
You're really upping the intensity so the volume should go down.
