Hello!
This is my first training cycle where I've incorporated campusing into the power phase, and I was wondering if ARCing on the one or two rest days after campusing would have a positive or negative effect? I'm primarily a boulderer with garbage endurance, which is why I want to continue ARCing after the base fitness and strength phases, but I don't want to sacrifice any potential power gains. Will I be more prone to injury, or is it a good way for the fingers and forearms to recover?
