Posted this over at the Proj but figured it would likely stay more on topic here.
We've seen the pictures and videos of people warming up with their Tension, Franklin, SicGrips, Awesome Woodys, etc. hangboards at the crag. Did some Google searching and came up surprisingly empty.
So, if you use a hangboard to warmup at the crag, what's your routine? If you use it to stay warm during long breaks between burns (*coughbelayingnewbscough*), what do you do?

I usually just climb a couple of easier routes or hang on some holds near the ground, but if that's not an option warming up with a hangboard can be pretty effective. I just hang on an edge with my feet on the ground for 5s or so, rest and repeat, progressively adding resistance by weighting my feet less. Some pullups can also be nice to get some bloodflow in the upper body.
