Hi, I'm currently going through my first cycle of the Rock Climber's Training Manual. I am nearing the end of my Strength Phase and about to start my Power phase. My question is as follows:
I have access to a hangboard with a variety of weights, and a makeshift campus board. I do not have access to a bouldering wall. The book recommends mixing between campusing and limit bouldering. The book also mentions a max recruitment exercise. Since I cannot do the limit bouldering due to my lack of a bouldering wall, should all my sessions be campus oriented ones, or should I substitute the limit bouldering with max recruitment, or some mix of both?
Bearing in mind, the book advises you to only attempt max recruitment if you're very experienced with a hangboard, or climbing 5.13+. I have done a lot of playing around on a hangboard in the past, and have had a few months of hangboard training to finish off a session at the climbing wall back when I had access to one. Saying that, the strength phase I have just done was my first ever proper structured hangboard routine. I am also only climbing 5.12a.
tl;dr: I climb 5.12a and am not a super experienced hangboarder. I dont have access to a bouldering wall. Should I only campus during my power phase, or would it be ok to do some max recruitment hangboard sets here and there?
I also do not have access to any real/outdoor climbing.

The best option would be to just climb outside instead of LBing, either on boulders, or just trying some harder routes. If that's not an option I would either skip or drastically reduce the length of your Power Phase and move onto something you can do.

Can you build a wall to climb on? My first wall was in my bachelor apartment living room.
