Hello is my first time what I am training with this hangboard, and I try execute the Hangboard Novice Plan, include in RTCP book but I have so difficult to released the routine completely, in too many exercices I need help, for make the 6 reps.
the most difficult for me is, medium Pinch and large Pinch, I need remove with 80 pounds (36,5Kg) for can do it. what do you thing? is it normal?

I've removed 80 pounds on a grip before. Just make sure your system is set up well enough to handle that load.
