Hi all, I am currently able to do 1-3-4.5, moon spacing, on the small rungs on the campus board consistently. However, moving to 1-3-5 seems like it's light years away...I was wondering if people do any "intermediate" progressions to achieve progress on the campus board and if so, what did you find most helpful/what helped progress faster (i.e. just trying hard until you get it, power spot, feet on, other exercises?) thanks!

Can you do 1-3-5 on the medium rungs (if that's available to you)?

no it seems like 1-3-4.5 is the limit of my reach...

I have a few questions.....
for one - is this 1-3-5 ladder or 1-3-5 as in bumping one arm from match at 1 to 3 then bump to 5?
second, and this is geared towards the former question - is this limited on both sides? can you 1-3-5(or 4.5) on one side better than the other? It may just be building lock-off strength. It doesn't sound like you need to go into the dreaded mantle territory.
Personally, I never get too hung up on the campus board. So long as I continue to try really hard and push my limit, I find I get the needed benefit of controlled power and precision.

I have the same question.
Have you tried 1-2.5-4.5 and 1-3.5-4.5?
I've also wondered about attaching a SMALL amount of weight to myself to make whatever "1-x-y" that I seem stuck at slightly harder for a few sessions, then removing the weight and trying "1-x-z". But I've only wondered at this point.

no I haven't tried those variations... I guess no better time than now to try them did you find they helped?

If you send quick, then probably not. If you have to work for them, maybe.
