I have just recently picked up the book, and have gotten through most of it. My largest question however is still on how to schedule the base fitness phase of the beginner schedule around school, and only being able to get to the gym 3 times a week. With the base plan given, it indicates ARC training three times a week and Outdoor Mileage twice a week, which I will be replacing with a session of routes at the gym focusing on the same things I would be outside. My question is then is when the plan calls for ARC training 3 days in a row, how to properly work around this as it is not feasible for me while at school, as well as the fact that most all the weeks in the plan call for 5 sessions in total including ARC and OM. All of the other phases I can follow religiously, so if I can get the base fitness phase figured out I should be good to go!
I appreciate any replies, thanks.

Just ARC 3 times per week if that's all you have time for.

Garrett, the book does a great job of getting you started and you should use it as a guide, but you have to work with what you have and not get discouraged by what you don't. If it's simply not possible for you to go to the gym more than 3 days per week, then there is nothing you can do about that. Instead, focus on what you CAN do and make the most out of your days there. Use the other days for training supplemental exercises, resting, and eating well.
I have modified many aspects of the plan based on need. If you keep a good training log, you can use it to help guide future sessions.
