Open Book, 5.14c, Madagascar, Magnus Mitbo. Nope, but it sounds fantastic though, probably a very worthy climb, this was established long before 14's existed

Is this at Bundaleer? I’m pretty shaky in the lower Ewbank scale but I’ll guess 18.

Oh nevermind, that's Book of Hate. 5.13d, FA the great and under appreciated Randy Leavitt. Not that Book of Hate was an official question. I just can’t turn it off.

I suppose a hint is now due. I'll shrink them if you want to avert your attention: It was the first of its grade and put up before the 50's

Yeah, my last one was as well, it's not the only area I go to, but this is such an ultraclassic of historic significance so I thought it would be nice to include

That's it. Royal robbins was one of the to on the FFA, that as in '52. The FA was in '47 ...looking it up.... "John Mendenhall and Harry Sutherland, September 1947 FFA: Royal Robbins and Don Wilson, 1952" I've only heard of Robbins though

Ok, along those lines, a hard one: Goodro’s Wall.
...and an easy one: The Phoenix
Both were the hardest route in the country at one time.

The Phoenix, Ray Jardine, 5.13a, Yosemite. The Phoenix, Mark Hudon, 5.13, Yosemite.
(Felt like someone should mention Hudon, though most people credit Jardine.)

Plus one for noting the actual FFA! No love for Goodro’s? Where’s the SLC crew? Hint, it was climbed free in 1949 and its harder than Open Book. It’s in the Salt Lake region.
