Maybes 1-2 weeks for initial adaptation symptoms to die down. Main symptom was lethargy towards latter part of day which settled with increases in hydration and electrolytes. Have been mixing in some easy cycling of no more than 1 hr duration. Feeling good with it / feel more fit than I should be for the amount of training that I have been doing...
