Hi, I had an injury like yours last year and the only way of recovering is to absolutely not use the finger (the time depends on the gravity of the injury, but the minimum should be not less than 2/3 months). It's really useful to go to the physiotherapist and get 3 applications of shock waves (I litteraly transalated from italian, I don't know if in english is called the same, it's like an electric gun which shoot air waves that speed up the recovering process). I know that not climbing is bad, but you need to be patient, although the risk is to have a worse injury and not being able to climb for many more months. After 3 month of total rest my finger 100% recovered.
