Nice work, I have often questioned the opportunity cost of my home setup but these days I am incredibly grateful and privileged to have everything I do.

Love the tour. Kind of felt like you were channelling Wes Andersen there a bit with the narration and the tempo/backing track.

Yeah Mark is right - there's probably 15 hours of time in isolation for you burn watching his movies. Wes Andersen has a unique style of filmmaking. A lot of the narrators use a specific style of relaxed tone when they narrate, and your video reminded me of that. The music and tempo also.

Great setup and a great tour!
Were those metal handles just for installing the plywood for the moonboard? Or do you use them for something else as well?

Yeah that was for construction. And then I just never took them off. If you have a drywall crane, that would be an easier way to handle it.

Forearm Farm 2.0 has been relocated and built. I’ll probably do another tour video at some point but it’s not quite done enough yet: http://instagram.com/p/COGu3rPD-6O Totally AMPED to have this again. I did the gym thing while we were moving and waiting for this to get built. Turns out, the gym just isn’t for me.
