Our bodies are pretty good at finding what works best - "sometimes" 
and some better than others. Learning and practicing ideas from others can be worthwhile - keeping some and discarding others. Young people are much better at learning and developing new engrams than old farts like myself - it takes me a lot longer and involves more thought these days.
