Hello, I'm about to start hangboarding after a long ARC phase, and it's going to coincide with many additional hours a day of typing too. I'm thinking about preemptively buying an ergonomic keyboard to be mindful of strain on my wrists, but it's proving difficult to find a highly regarded one that works with the Mac Laptop I have from work... any suggestions from others who have used ergonomic keyboards with Macs? this is what I am leaning toward, but it's so pricey... www.trulyergonomic.com/thanks in advance for any feedback!

I don't have any advice on the keyboard, but some employers will pay for ergonomic work equipment if they think it will spare them a Worker's Comp claim in the future. It might be worth looking into that, maybe you can get one for free.
