I have had a campus board for 15+ years but hardly ever used it and really sucked at it. I started my first sessions last fall barely being able to ladder on the medium rungs. For this year, I set an process goal of doing 1-3-5 on the small rungs but it really seemed like a pipe dream. Well, I had some good campus sessions this winter and finally got 1-3-5 on my medium rungs but was still not close on the small rungs. My last campus workout was 2/28 and it was pretty good. I have mostly been bouldering outside since then banging my head against 3 V9s that I'm very close on. Essentially my last month or so has been outdoor limit bouldering workouts. On Saturday, I decided I needed a garage session to rest my mental stress on not sending my projects. I warmed up well and hit the campus board. Banged out all my ladders and 1-3-5 on the medium rungs felt easy. Decided to try it on the small rungs, and to my shock banged out 1-3-5 small rungs both ways. Might have been more pumped than if I had sent one of my projects (not really, but I was really, really bad at campusing).
Now, I need to tear down my tiny campus board and build a new bigger one so I can start progressing to 1-4-7!

Now you're hooked Yup, just ordered more rungs so I can expand and have the half rung spacing to work on progressing.
