I noticed you have a mini-traxion in the hangboard pulley setup shown on pages 113 and 114 of RCTM. I assume the purpose of this is to prevent the weight from falling to the ground when you unclip from it between sets. For this to work properly during hangs, it seems that you would need to be clipping in/out of the weight from higher up than your hang position. Do you have a stool or something that you step off of to begin each hang? Thanks for clarifying. Looks like a slick setup.

That is Mark's setup, so he'll need to verify, but I'm pretty sure that the cam is not engaged when he is hanging. He us just using the mini traxion as a simple pulley.

Mike is correct, the cam of the MiniTraxion is not engaged. It was just a pulley I happened to have handy at that time. I would not recemmond using one with the cam engaged.
