I'm realizing the detrimental effects of negative partners. I feel bad spending less time with people who are otherwise my friends but who drag down my motivation and resist my desire to train more seriously for my favorite sport.
Any tips on maintaining friendship even though I don't want to drag them out on my climbing adventures? Or should I just rip off the bandaid and find new friends?
