Saw this video on Instagram I believe Anyone see that video of a gym climber doing a jump to a two arm grip hang with a few pull ups and almost a front lever ? I have no idea what it could be called. It just scrolled by on IG and I couldn't find it then. They held it for maybe 20 seconds or more. Someone called it the refrigerator, guessing cause it's like picking up a refrigerator by placing your open hands, palms in, on both sides of the box and lifting straight up only in this case the refrigerator is above you and you have to jump up and clamp it with open hands on each side of the box. Incredible strength. Searching IG could not find it. Thanks. Post up if you see it.
