I've got an opportunity to buy an older generation Treadwall M4 for $400. It's 4' wide w/ variable speed and adjustable angle of -20 deg to 5 deg.
It's a great deal, but I'm trying to decide how useful it would be for training. I currently have a hangboard setup at home and use the local gym for everything else. I wouldn't be able to use it for limit bouldering (too narrow) or power endurance workouts (PE on a treadwall is tough), so it would just be ARC'ing during base fitness and warming up for HB workouts.
Maybe this is more of a "How useful is ARC'ing?" question, but I'm redpointing low 5.13's and it seems like that's the grade range when folks on here start to wind down their ARC'ing to focus on other aspects of training.

Dude tread walls are great! If you don’t buy it I will! Seriously though, they are great for warming up, ARCing if you do it, and you can totally train PE on it including long route intervals.

I'd buy it.
What style is your climbing? If it's long and pumpy, ARCing definitely has it's place. I still do low-end PE on a treadwall (90 secs on/off), although I agree that a spray wall or Moonboard (or Tension, Kilter, etc) is probably better for more powerful, high-end PE.
I still think it's worth building an aerobic base no matter the grade, although you probably don't need weeks of this. I'm operating around the same grades as you, for what it's worth.
