Howdy folks. I'm looking to freshen up my core sessions, specifically to improve my posterior chain core tension on extended deadpoints. Ideally the exercise will be dynamic. I've been toying with variations of the stability ball body saw but I'm still not sure this is specific enough. I've also been incorporating on-wall practice of the move, but I feel some specific isolation would help. Thanks!

When I was rehabbing from back surgery, I did a heap of Roman chair back extensions, increasing the weight as I improved. Gave me a lower back, and deep core of steel.
