Hi all, So I've just completed my first hangboarding session. I wanted to be able to visually track my progress, as I feel this works very motivating. For anyone who'd like to use it, I've created a Google Sheets template. You can download it as an excel and use it if you want. The link to the file is here. You can fill in your added (no sign)/removed ('–' sign) weight data below the number of the workout, at the corresponding hold, at the right set. If you only do one or two sets, fill in the blank box with a dash ('-'). The box on the right will then automatically calculate the average weight of that session and plot it in the graph.
