I downloaded a sample of it on iBooks. It looks kind of fluffy but I only saw the sample of a few pages. Pictures were the majority of the page with little blurbs of writing. I wonder if it gets any deeper as there are some interesting talking points in the table of contents I’d like to read. Interested to see if anyone can speak to it.

It's pretty esoteric and nothing like the prescribed approach of RCTM. If you like the philosophy of moving over stone it's a fun perspective.
