Hi guys, i'm on my 2nd week of power cycle and i am a little bit confused. from the beginner training scedule it only has limit boulder and wbl and only 2 3 times of campusing in 2 weeks. but the beginner campus routine has the arc/wbl/hard bouldering and then campussing. at this moment im going with the beginner campus routine and haven't followed the beginner schedule on page 186. i'm kinda confused which one to follow. ive tried campusing and the first week it was really hard.. i couldnt even hold without slipping off i don't know if its because of the rungs or i'm simply to weak to hold it. yesterday went better as i started to do the matching ladders and basic ladders but all on the large rungs because i seem to slip from the medium ones.. ( also a little bit on the large rungs tough but less ) i must say that i am using my legs as a little support since i cannot campus without the help of them yet. the campus board at the gym: imgur.com/a/OylLrsome trainer gave me advice on trying to start campusing on the ones on the right first but those are easy enough for me to start campusing on the rungs next to the black rungs. now my question = should i keep the training schedule from page 186 or keep doing the beginner campus routine? and are the rungs so slippery or is it me thats having difficulties latching myself even with the feet support?

When I started, I used the large rungs only. Once I could complete the routine up to 1, 3, 5 on the large rungs max ladder, I started using the medium rungs. I was campusing without feet though.
If you're using your feet while campusing, it sounds like you're just bouldering on a campus board. I guess that's OK, as long as you're aware that's what you're doing.
If you can campus on jugs and not on campus rungs, your upper body pulling muscles are likely strong enough. If you can't even dead hang the campus rungs, you know your fingers aren't strong enough.

I am able to deadhang on the rungs thats no problem. but pulling myself up without slipping off is what is a problem at the moment. the juggy type on the outside right of the board are too easy. the black ones next to the large rungs are really annoying to my fingers.. tried those but i feel they will give me injury really fast so.. anyway i think ill have to brush them since i see on the picture that there is quite abit of chalk on them so they might be too slippery just because of that..
