So I'll start out saying I'm not new to climbing, just to training. On page 277 there is an Advanced training plan. Anybody know what a beginner/intermediate training plan would look like? What would change?

So I'll start out saying I'm not new to climbing, just to training. On page 277 there is an Advanced training plan. Anybody know what a beginner/intermediate training plan would look like? What would change? I'm more than halfway through my third training cycle and have been just loosely following the plan on 277. I would say listen to your body fingers, forearms, throughout any cycle and take an extra rest day if needed. I really haven't followed the performance phase schedule. It calls for outdoor climbing back to back saturday and sunday. I haven't tried that yet. I may try this in preparation for my outdoor trip in which we'll be climbing 3 days in a row. Side question about outdoor mileage? what exactly does this mean. It says OM and 5 moderate problems. If my limit is v7 outside, should i try for 5 v5's?
