Do you do your theraband shoulder work before a workout while your shoulders are strong, or after? Whats your preference?

I currently do mine at the end. I know lots of people who do them as part of their warmup though. I think it depends on whether you are in a prehab or rehab mode. If I have actual shoulder issue, I will at least do body-weight/ROM rotator cuff exercises as part of my warmup.

Time permitting, I generally do a combination of both. I warm up with jumping jacks, or a jog. Then I do various moving stretches and shoulder circles. I then use my light Theraband and do my shoulder exercises, including grabbing each end with each hand and going over head and behind the body. Once warm, I continue to stretch on the wall. When its time to cooldown, I use my heavier Theraband, and do the same excercises as I do to warmup. Finish with a few vinyasas.
